Save the date for the 2020 Pan-Florida Challenge Cancer Ride on March 28 to March 29!

THE PAN-FLORIDA CHALLENGE

Pan-Florida Challenge raises money for cancer prevention and patient support. We provide nutritious PFC Power Pack meals to chronically hungry children because malnutrition has been shown to increase the risk of cancer. We also partner with organizations to help fund cancer research and offer financial and emotional support to cancer patients and their families. PFC has provided more than five million meals to children since our founding in 2014.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS.

Every year PFC puts on the annual Pan-Florida Challenge Cancer Ride — a bike-a-thon that runs across the state of Florida. Dedicated cyclists gather to ride our predetermined course and commit to raising money for the cause — all while doing what they love. But the ride isn’t just for avid cyclists — it’s for families, friends, survivors, advocates, and anyone who wants to join our fight. The fight to support cancer and to put an end childhood hunger, one mile at a time.

If you’re up for the challenge then join us, and hundreds of other riders, at this year’s Pan-Florida Challenge Cancer Ride presented by La Colmar Bakery & Bistro.

The Pan-Florida Challenge Cancer Ride Also Includes:

• Comprehensive online fundraising support
• Overnight accommodations and meals for two day riders
• Finish line party and finishers medal
• Food, water stops, and bike support
• 2020 PFC Gear

“I’ve been personally responsible for planning and executing events ranging from 20 people to over 1,000. Logistically, this weekend was flawless. I know the amount of effort and hard work that went into it, and you and your team pulled it off perfectly. Overall, I was just so impressed with every single facet of the weekend. Even the small details, such as the support vehicles ringing bells to encourage us as we rode. That is what we call in my business, ‘creating memorable experiences’. I signed up for the Pan-Florida Challenge strictly because it was the longest organized event I could find – my goals need to be big or else I lose interest. When I signed up I could barely ride 10 miles. Training for the event was an incredible journey, and I learned an awful lot about myself and what I’m capable of.”

Joe Smith, PFC Rider

I was looking for a way to extend my passion for biking a meaningful way and came across an article in the Florida Weekly about the Pan Florida Challenge and the important cause it supports. I quickly signed up and got engaged. While my focus was to raise money for hungry children, what I didn’t realize was how I was being changed.  I came away from the experience with awesome memories, new friends, and a new sense of God’s heart for the needy and that changed my heart forever . I’ll be back next year and I’m bringing my friends. I encourage anyone who is even slightly interested to get on board and get ready for their hearts to be changed.”
